What is Syndrax?

Syndrax is a compliance-first marketplace automation platform for resellers on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, AliExpress, and Etsy. We help sellers automate listings, pricing, inventory sync, and order fulfillment — while actively preventing account restrictions through real-time compliance monitoring.

What Syndrax Does With Your eBay Account

When you connect your eBay account, Syndrax requests read-only access to:

• Seller Performance — Your seller standing, defect rate, shipping metrics, and policy compliance status (via the eBay Analytics API).
• Account Information — Your seller privileges and account limits (via the eBay Account API).
• Inventory Data — Active listing counts and inventory status (via the eBay Inventory API).
• Order Status — Open orders and fulfillment status (via the eBay Fulfillment API).

This data powers the AXIS Compliance Sentinel — our 6-category risk engine that monitors your account health and alerts you before restrictions happen. Syndrax does not create, modify, or delete eBay listings without your explicit action.

Account Safety

• We use OAuth 2.0 — your eBay password is never shared with Syndrax.
• Access tokens are encrypted and auto-refresh; they expire automatically.
• You can revoke Syndrax's access at any time from your eBay account settings.
• We never scrape or visit eBay through bots — all data comes through official eBay APIs.
