Agreement
By accessing Syndrax, you agree to these terms. If you use Syndrax for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Service and subscriptions
Syndrax provides marketplace automation and orchestration software. A 7-day free trial may be available. Published plans are Business at $50 per month and Enterprise at $200 per month. Taxes may apply. Features and availability may change as the service develops.
Connected services
You authorize Syndrax to interact with connected marketplaces and services within the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for your listings, products, account standing, marketplace compliance, and automation rules.
Restrictions
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and may not interfere with the service, evade security controls, misuse third-party accounts, or use Syndrax unlawfully.
Ownership
Syndrax and its licensors own the service, brand, and software. You retain rights in your content and grant Syndrax the limited rights needed to operate the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Syndrax is not responsible for marketplace decisions, third-party outages, or indirect damages. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the service. Syndrax may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, legal obligation, or harm to the service or others.
