Use the service lawfully
You may use Syndrax only for lawful commerce operations and in accordance with marketplace rules, intellectual property rights, consumer-protection obligations, and these policies.
Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Fraud, deceptive listings, counterfeit goods, or rights infringement.
- Malware, scraping that violates third-party terms, denial-of-service activity, or security bypass.
- Automation intended to manipulate marketplaces, evade limits, or conceal prohibited behavior.
- Use that harms people, connected services, or Syndrax infrastructure.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, connected platforms, Syndrax, or the public. We may preserve or disclose information when legally required.
